Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulão Medeiros started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Breckenfeld to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Wilson do Nascimento hit a great ball. When Wilson do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Montesclarense E.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson do Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Montesclarense E.C.'s Edgard de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svali Bollason in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute Svali Bollason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Edgard de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hao Feng Yu. If Svali Bollason had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Svali Bollason got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Feng Yu in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Reko-Recko 03™ got a corner. Montesclarense E.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hao Feng Yu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Reko-Recko 03™'s corner Hao Feng Yu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgard de Almeida quite easily take care of the ball. Glauco Breckenfeld was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Glauco Breckenfeld's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard de Almeida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson do Nascimento in the 32nd minute of play. Wilson do Nascimento hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Svali Bollason blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard de Almeida having to make a save. Svali Bollason struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Edgard de Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reko-Recko 03™. After 46 minutes of play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Paulão Medeiros made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Nueva was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Svali Bollason made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hao Feng Yu in the 51st minute of play forced Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Edgard de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svali Bollason fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard de Almeida having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Alejandro Giménez to maneuver through the defense. Edgard de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Gaspar in the 69th minute of the match. After 71 minutes Montesclarense E.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hao Feng Yu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Reko-Recko 03™'s Hao Feng Yu to fire away a dangerous shot which Edgard de Almeida despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edgard de Almeida came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Reko-Recko 03™'s Xande Cabezudo. But to his dismay, Xande Cabezudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Montesclarense E.C.'s Edgard de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Breckenfeld in the 79th minute of play. Paulão Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Angelino Nueva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Feng Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Xande Cabezudo came free, but Edgard de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xande Cabezudo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgard de Almeida. Edgard de Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Edgard de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Cabezudo in the 94th minute of the match. When Reko-Recko 03™'s Xande Cabezudo in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montesclarense E.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Montesclarense E.C.'s Edgard de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Breckenfeld in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Montesclarense E.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Reko-Recko 03™.
