Emanuel Vigil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Delassus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Mateus Cruz made a huge save. Barra Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Barra Gol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cüneyt Berksoy's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Gabriel Delassus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mateus Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Cüneyt Berksoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barra Gol was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Barra Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cüneyt Berksoy in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barra Gol saved PEÇONHENTO FC MG from getting behind. Mateus Cruz made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Cafu de Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Cafu de Andrade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mateus Cruz made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Vigil made a kick off. In the 50th minute Gabriel Delassus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barra Gol made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Cüneyt Berksoy sent off a good shot on target. Barra Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cüneyt Berksoy in the 57th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Cüneyt Berksoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Barra Gol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mateus Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Ruisko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barra Gol having to interfere. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Peter Paul Crouch was substituted for Emanuel Vigil. UPTEXTIL.COM's Mário Maldini was substituted for Zé Paulo Queirós. Barra Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cüneyt Berksoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the UPTEXTIL.COM defense, Nelsinho Faria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateus Cruz. The UPTEXTIL.COM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateus Cruz should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's goal looked a bit too open when Cüneyt Berksoy came free, but Barra Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Barra Gol got control of the ball when Martin Ødegaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as UPTEXTIL.COM's Martin Ødegaard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Barra Gol. That made the score 2-2 after 82 minutes of play. Waldemar Niedziela kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the UPTEXTIL.COM players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
