José-Luis Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Corrêa in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, EoDu Uai Sôccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Severo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Sá in the 12th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Vânderson Saa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José-Luis Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Dolar in the 20th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José-Luis Chilavert was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute of the match, Jardel Cabezon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vânderson Saa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26thth minute of the game Dale Dolar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Dale Dolar made a precise shot to the right of José-Luis Chilavert. EoDu Uai Sôccer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. José-Luis Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Dolar in the 32nd minute of play. Edmílson Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José-Luis Chilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper José-Luis Chilavert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barcellos Mineiro FC were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after EoDu Uai Sôccer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radul Kokalov took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Radul Kokalov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this José-Luis Chilavert quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Dolar in the 45th minute of play. José-Luis Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Dolar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

50 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José-Luis Chilavert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 51 minutes had been played when some careless play by EoDu Uai Sôccer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Radul Kokalov was slow to take the kick. During this time Barcellos Mineiro FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Radul Kokalov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert did a great save. After 53 played minutes EoDu Uai Sôccer got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Sá. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when EoDu Uai Sôccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. José-Luis Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper José-Luis Chilavert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dale Dolar. The audience was convinced that Dale Dolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José-Luis Chilavert was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dale Dolar in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José-Luis Chilavert saved EoDu Uai Sôccer from getting behind. In the 68th minute Barcellos Mineiro FC were awarded a corner. Radul Kokalov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Barcellos Mineiro FC's Radul Kokalov to fire away a dangerous shot which José-Luis Chilavert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José-Luis Chilavert. That made the score 1-4 after 73 minutes of play. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for EoDu Uai Sôccer! The score was 1-5 after a penalty in the 77th minute, where Barcellos Mineiro FC:s Dale Dolar tricked EoDu Uai Sôccer:s José-Luis Chilavert with a difficult ball by the left post. Barcellos Mineiro FC made a substitution. Tião Paraíba replaced Carlo Gamarra. Pedrão Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedrão Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when EoDu Uai Sôccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrão Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. José-Luis Chilavert came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar. But to his dismay, Dale Dolar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Dale Dolar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dale Dolar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José-Luis Chilavert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barcellos Mineiro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
