Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Régis Jacinto took the kick off in the first half of the match. When INTER FC's Régis Jacinto in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. Moisés Neves made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benedito Vides. In the 10th minute, Bertram Svenningsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denmark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Walmyr Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to INTER FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Ramalho hit a great ball. Bertram Svenningsen kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Moisés Neves got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benedito Vides. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Jacinto in the 20th minute of play. After 26 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. INTER FC's Walmyr Linhares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the INTER FC defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walmyr Linhares. The INTER FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walmyr Linhares should have stopped the shot. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen suffered a concussion after 33 minutes and had to leave the field. After 33 minutes, Benedito Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INTER FC and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denmark's Mikkel Damsgaard was substituted for Simon Bendtsen. A collision led to INTER FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Benedito Vides hit a great ball. INTER FC's Walmyr Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikkel Wulff in the 37th minute of play. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Walmyr Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walmyr Linhares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikkel Wulff went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, INTER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mikkel Wulff came free, but Walmyr Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walmyr Linhares came out and tried to block the shot, but Bertram Svenningsen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Walmyr Linhares in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. Chris Nygaard in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walmyr Linhares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christiano Meirelles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Linhares having to interfere. After 85th play minutes Chris Nygaard shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Walmyr Linhares and just under the crossbar into goal. 89 minutes into the match, INTER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Walmyr Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. INTER FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Chris Nygaard scored to the left of an out of position Walmyr Linhares, making the score, 0-7. After 95 played minutes INTER FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Ramalho. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Linhares having to interfere. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
