Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Horea Boian took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dariusz Wos. Wilson Amorim didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils Støle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Portugal's Faustino Almeida getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Wos's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dariusz Wos in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. In the 16th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Støle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Støle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 20th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Nils Støle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Nils Støle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 24th minute of play. When Felipe Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Barreto couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Wos came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Støle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Horea Boian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.C. Patagonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portugal the free kick. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Rodolfo Miranda. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Graciano Coutinho got a free kick in the 39th minute. Nils Støle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Dariusz Wos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Felipe Barreto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nils Støle came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Barreto slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 57th minute. After 63 played minutes A.C. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Nóbrega. Felipe Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Wos in the 65th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Boian came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Støle having to interfere. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. With a little luck, A.C. Patagonia's Nils Støle got control of the ball when Caetano Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Rafael Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 76th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Nils Støle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Aldo Di Carlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Di Carlo took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 88th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Boian, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Faustino Almeida got a free kick in the 94th minute. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Nóbrega in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A.C. Patagonia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
