In the 19th minute, Karen FC's Ryszard Brak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Ryszard Brak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Emil Lindmark fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karen FC's protests and gave Emil Lindmark a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Emil Lindmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Bai Yan Feng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Bai Yan Feng tried to chip the ball over his head. When Emil Lindmark was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. In the 64th minute, Emil Lindmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Ryszard Brak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Karen FC from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Brak in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Brak in the 76th minute of the match. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karen FC made a substitution. Oskar Sandell replaced Edgar Wästerberg. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Brak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Karen FC had played much better football throughout.
