Jens Schrape took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ganga Banga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Jens Schrape successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 24 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Köller came free, but Jan Tomaszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Joachim Krabbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Tomaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthias Zahn in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Tomaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Zielonka Gdansk's Ganga Banga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jens Schrape. Jens Schrape yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Robin von Gyldenfeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Tomaszewski having to make a save.
