After 13 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Vimaro. Alexander Higgins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Sugar in the 16th minute. Marcial Jeraldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Vimaro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Alexander Higgins when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tomás Vimaro in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexander Higgins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 29th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack MacKinnon to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexander Higgins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 minutes of play, Dionisia's Erubiel Herrera made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomás Vimaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Alexander Higgins made a huge save. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Sugar went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zac O'Donnell to strike the kick off in the second half. When Dionisia's Tomás Vimaro in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland's goalie prevented a goal. Dionisia's Erubiel Herrera got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Higgins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Vimaro's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Valentin Sugar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Valentin Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72nd play minutes Tomás Vimaro shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Alexander Higgins and just under the crossbar into goal. Dionisia's Erubiel Herrera got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erubiel Herrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Higgins having to make a save. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Jeraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 80 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Baladi. When Erubiel Herrera came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Dionisia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Herrera couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Tomás Vimaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Higgins was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 91stth minute of the game Tomás Vimaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland's Alexander Higgins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fletcher Main fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Kemen having to interfere. Erubiel Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Dionisia were the better team. Dionisia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
