But to his dismay, Goliath Pelusi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Carsten Eckstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 35th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Rodolfo Miranda in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's Takeshi Bieberstein. 42 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Carsten Eckstein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

52 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. Carsten Eckstein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 62nd minute of play forced AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's goalkeeper Carsten Eckstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
