Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. Iván Sotomayor hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iván Sotomayor in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well O'Connell in the 7th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th play minute Iván Sotomayor came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Keld Paulsen. 1-0. In the 12thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Smolenice's Dávid Lapár was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dávid Lapár was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Iván Sotomayor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Sotomayor came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iván Sotomayor in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iván Sotomayor in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute Michal Pachl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, FC Smolenice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Csongor Tímár to maneuver through the defense. When Csongor Tímár fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Smolenice's protests and gave Csongor Tímár a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes FC Smolenice got a freekick which was hit by Csongor Tímár. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Well-Well O'Connell managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Smolenice's supporters rose to their feet, but Well-Well O'Connell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Well-Well O'Connell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iván Sotomayor in the 58th minute of play. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 60th minute of the match. Widodo 吕布 made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Well-Well O'Connell immediately put the ball in play. 64 minutes into the match, Iván Sotomayor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iván Sotomayor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of Denmark booed when FC Smolenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoncho Spaskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris Nygaard who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Dávid Lapár when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 71st minute Denmark were awarded a corner. Chris Nygaard went to the cornerflag to take it. Lars Steen might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dávid Lapár. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Steen ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Dávid Lapár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 80th minute. Denmark's Chris Nygaard was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dávid Lapár in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 82 minutes into the game, FC Smolenice's Well-Well O'Connell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 88thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Smolenice's Dávid Lapár was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 91st minute of the match. After 92nd play minutes Iván Sotomayor shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Keld Paulsen and just under the crossbar into goal.
