The supporters of MIRA -ŁÓDZ booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Nakonieczny came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Aleksander Klewinski got a free kick in the 23rd minute. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of play. Mateo Phelipe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Antal Valentin put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mateo Phelipe. Mateo Phelipe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 37th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Aleksander Klewinski's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mateo Phelipe could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Mateo Phelipe in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. In the 62nd match minute, MIRA -ŁÓDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Enmanuel to maneuver through the defense. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save MIRA -ŁÓDZ from getting a goal against them. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Ksawery Pachucki was substituted for Leonard Brack. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cezary Jajecznica during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Mateo Phelipe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Pankracy Nakonieczny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Boros Benedek got a free kick in the 79th minute. Mateo Phelipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 81st minute of the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Nakonieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The MIRA -ŁÓDZ fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Cezary Jajecznica looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Nakonieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
