Tobiasz Kilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 18th minute of play. The Vikings's Tobiasz Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Solak got free with Keld Paulsen in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ulryk Modliszewski came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the The Vikings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulryk Modliszewski couldn't finish the play. Tobiasz Kilarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Tobiasz Kilarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Boguslaw Lenertej made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Boguslaw Olejasz. The Vikings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. After 73 played minutes The Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Lenertej. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Tobiasz Kilarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. In the 82nd minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Kilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobiasz Kilarski came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Lars Steen. But to his dismay, Lars Steen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Denmark's Lars Steen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Boguslaw Olejasz in the 90 minute of the game. In the 91st minute Lukasz Solak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Lars Steen got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenn Skou during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The The Vikings fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
