When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Serafin Igon took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jesus Pepillo to make any attempt to save it. After 5 played minutes DAMIAN TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Serafo. In the 6th minute, Joaquin Ponc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al-Femur FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 12 minutes into the game, Román Riquelme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Roberto Peter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute, Victorino Vimaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Lartaun struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jesus Pepillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DAMIAN TEAM. After 20 minutes, Anastasio Serafo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DAMIAN TEAM and the Al-Femur FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jesus Pepillo made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Serafin Igon sent off a good shot on target. If Joaquin Ponc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Ponc scored 1-4 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Peter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of DAMIAN TEAM booed when Al-Femur FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Dimo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

DAMIAN TEAM's Roberto Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Dimo in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 minutes DAMIAN TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Ermengol who took care of the corner kick. In the 55th minute, Valentin Barco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Román Riquelme sped through DAMIAN TEAM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roberto Peter. After 67 played minutes DAMIAN TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Igon. Román Riquelme charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Román Riquelme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Al-Femur FC got a freekick which was hit by Román Riquelme. Al-Femur FC's Joaquin Ponc got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Al-Femur FC's Roberto Peter threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joaquin Ponc, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After taking down the ball on Al-Femur FC's corner Mauro Ermengol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roberto Peter quite easily take care of the ball. Roberto Peter came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Femur FC's Victorino Vimaro. But to his dismay, Victorino Vimaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. In the 80th minute, Román Riquelme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Peter was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Ponc in the 89th minute of play forced DAMIAN TEAM's goalkeeper Roberto Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Ponc, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Al-Femur FC's Victorino Vimaro got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Al-Femur FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than DAMIAN TEAM.
