After a defensive mix-up in Mercedes's zone, Virgilio Lawrence stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Ellande came out of the goal and Virgilio Lawrence tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, Lino Bazil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KяαdivÄch3 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mercedes the free kick. In the 22nd minute of the match, Alvaro Abar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genaro Asur was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alvaro Abar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Genaro Asur made a huge save. Augusto Ellande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Lawrence, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute.
