Joaquin Ponc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Arnaldo Beturian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al-Femur FC's Jesus Pepillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aquiles Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Román Riquelme in the 11th minute. Bonifacio Dimo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Peng Sha Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Pepillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Peng Sha Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Pepillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peng Sha Yang in the 17th minute of play forced Al-Femur FC's goalkeeper Jesus Pepillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Peng Sha Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Pepillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Al-Femur FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Beturian came free, but Jesus Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Senio came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Femur FC's Joaquin Ponc. But to his dismay, Joaquin Ponc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Al-Femur FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Beturian came free, but Jesus Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Pepillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peng Sha Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Román Riquelme got free with Aquiles Senio in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, Melchor Gregory ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Pepillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Jesus Pepillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melchor Gregory went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Román Riquelme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Venceslas. Al-Femur FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Dionisia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hakan Ünsal took the corner. Valentin Barco hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Venceslas. 62 minutes into the match, Nemesio Eudoxio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jesus Pepillo, 1-4. After a rather tough play, Al-Femur FC's Felix Marino got a free kick in the 67th minute. Al-Femur FC made a substitution. Urbano Chuse replaced Joaquin Ponc. Jesus Pepillo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Denis Ereinotz. In the 72nd minute, Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jesus Pepillo. Jesus Pepillo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. In the 75th minute Hakan Ünsal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Nemesio Eudoxio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jesus Pepillo. The goal made the score 1-6. After 82 played minutes Al-Femur FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Vimaro. Nemesio Eudoxio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Jesus Pepillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Dario Urtun fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al-Femur FC's protests and gave Dario Urtun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dionisia booed when Al-Femur FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Urtun didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jesus Pepillo. That made the score 1-7 after 89 minutes of play. 93 minutes into the match, Al-Femur FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Eudoxio came free, but Jesus Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dionisia's Aquiles Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Chuse in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dionisia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
