Dündar Dunđer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Hydén in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Robin Hultstrand notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Portugal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
