Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 刘磊强 in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒's 魏奕庭 got a free kick in the 18th minute. 方云朋 came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 31st minute of play forced 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒's goalkeeper 方云朋 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 方云朋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Kees Mooiweer with Lars Meesters as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒's 方云朋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 35th minute of play. Egbert Nijveldt made in the 36th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gijsbert ter Kruimer. In the 40th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 方云朋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 倪卫文 hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Radowit Watarz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by 方云朋 on his right side and into the goal. 45 minutes into the game it was 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒's Remo Gerber was substituted for 刘磊强. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but 方云朋 made a huge save. 方云朋 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Remo Gerber came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 方云朋 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒 made a substitution. 康天升 replaced 倪卫文. 80 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when 周梁云 came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, 方云朋 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 89 minutes, 康铮风 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 【粤】誰嶼爭鋒's supporters crossed their fingers, but 康铮风 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, 康天升 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and 康天升 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Netherlands had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
