Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dragutin Vasiljević took the kick off in the first half of the match. Micah Macdonald took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vlaho Modrah. Vlaho Modrah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Kanarinci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlatko Jurela to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Micah Macdonald sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vlaho Modrah skillfully saved the ball. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslav Ivanković could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Khalid Kennedy made a huge save. 17 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Ivanković came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlaho Modrah having to interfere. Vlaho Modrah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micah Macdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 26th minute of play forced Kanarinci's goalkeeper Vlaho Modrah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kanarinci's Vlaho Modrah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Issac Dawson in the 27th minute of play. England were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Kanarinci's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Micah Macdonald took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kanarinci's goalie and right to Issac Dawson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kanarinci's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Kyle Cox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlaho Modrah was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the match, Dragutin Vasiljević dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Khalid Kennedy, 1-1. Issac Dawson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kanarinci's Vlaho Modrah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micah Macdonald in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Cox was the one to do the kick off. Micah Macdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Vlaho Modrah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Micah Macdonald struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vlaho Modrah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. 61 minutes into the match, Kanarinci's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Vlaho Modrah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Dinko Čamagajevac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vlaho Modrah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 70th minute of play. Kyle Cox scored 1-3 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlaho Modrah, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kanarinci made a substitution. Petar Krile replaced Dragutin Vasiljević. After a defensive mix-up in Kanarinci's zone, Issac Dawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlaho Modrah came out of the goal and Issac Dawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kanarinci booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyle Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Micah Macdonald. When Goran Lečić fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kanarinci's protests and gave Goran Lečić a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of England booed when Kanarinci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Goran Lečić didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolf Krnić during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of Kanarinci:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of England:s goal. 85 minutes into the match, Kanarinci's goalkeeper Vlaho Modrah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kyle Cox. Vlaho Modrah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 88th minute of play. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petar Krile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The England supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing England would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
