Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes RPF Grabarze Olesnica got a freekick which was hit by Ebi Smolarek. Edward Rydzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 6th minute of play. If Julian Trzaskoma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zachariasz Bronicki hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Edward Rydzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Krzysztof Siembab fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RPF Grabarze Olesnica's protests and gave Krzysztof Siembab a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 22nd minute of play forced RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Trzaskoma came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rydzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Rydzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Trzaskoma to strike the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edward Rydzewski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edward Rydzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Rydzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Zalipski in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 76th minute of play forced RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after RPF Grabarze Olesnica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. 80 minutes into the game, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Rydzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Edward Rydzewski made a huge save.
