Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Loukianos Livas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the game, Alcino Jesus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Armindo Maltez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 minutes Ponte do Carro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Frank Sachs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez did a great save. In the 18th minute, Ponte do Carro's Adélio Brites ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 21st match minute, Ponte do Carro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Moutinho to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Loukianos Livas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Armindo Maltez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. 34 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's Simão Boaventura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Maltez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armindo Maltez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 36th minute of the match. In the last second Tommy Kahn throw himself and got hold of the ball when Loukianos Livas in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loukianos Livas in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Falcão during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Ponte do Carro got a freekick which was hit by Luís Falcão. In the 62nd minute, Loukianos Livas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Alcino Jesus came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ponte do Carro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alcino Jesus couldn't finish the play. Luís Falcão made in the 68th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alcino Jesus. 70 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 76 minutes, Alcino Jesus made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ponte do Carro's Manuel Carvalhal was substituted for Gregório Jesus. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 81st minute. Palmiro Leite might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Palmiro Leite ran back to his position shaking his head. 92 minutes into the match, Palmiro Leite notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogério Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ponte do Carro had played much better football throughout.
