Serhat Oytunç scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serhat Oytunç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serhat Oytunç in the 18th minute of the match. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Ríver Late's Serhat Oytunç fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Ríver Late fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Ríver Late's Serhat Oytunç looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 25 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Skytt. Irakliy Ozhogin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 32nd minute of the match. When Sven Krakouer fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Sven Krakouer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Carl Skytt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 42 minutes, Serhat Oytunç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ríver Late's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serhat Oytunç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Ríver Late's Carl Skytt. But to his dismay, Carl Skytt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Wilian de Mendonça hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Carl Skytt made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Frank Sachs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Ríver Late players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Dimas Barrientos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ríver Late's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimas Barrientos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Fors in the 57th minute of play. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Skytt went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Serhat Oytunç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serhat Oytunç went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute, Serhat Oytunç left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ríver Late fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 78 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Irakliy Ozhogin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serhat Oytunç took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. When Wilian de Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ríver Late's protests and gave Wilian de Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. A hard shot by Janik Vogt from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Irakliy Ozhogin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ríver Late's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
