Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valentino Ospina got the match started through his kick off. Denmark's defense didn't have a chance, in the 2nd minute, when Eleuterio Huercanos scored to the left of an out of position Keld Paulsen, making the score, 1-0. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarne Kirkegaard to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, C.D Escuela Mayor's Bernardo Sigler got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dantel Quindos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 10th minute of the match. Valentino Ospina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Keld Paulsen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Enzo Abad made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. In the 19th minute, Eleuterio Huercanos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertram Svenningsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dantel Quindos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dantel Quindos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentino Ospina in the 42nd minute. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Dantel Quindos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 62nd minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dantel Quindos having to interfere. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dantel Quindos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. 70 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Huercanos came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Huercanos came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Huercanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Bertram Svenningsen charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertram Svenningsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of C.D Escuela Mayor booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Svenningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball.
