FC La Masia were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Wel Lidzbark's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Murillo Galvão took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC La Masia's corner Antônio Simão fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcin Bartelak quite easily take care of the ball. Lúcio da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcin Bartelak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Kocieniewski in the 39th minute of play forced FC La Masia's goalkeeper Cesinha do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC La Masia getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Evaristo da Silva hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Lucjan Kocieniewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cesinha do Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the match, Wel Lidzbark's goalkeeper Marcin Bartelak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lúcio da Rocha. After the first half Wel Lidzbark were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, FC La Masia's Cesinha do Vale got control of the ball when Wojciech Pachucki tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, FC La Masia's Lúcio da Rocha made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcin Bartelak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Despite being the better team, Wel Lidzbark failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
