Selim Tuğbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bjorn van Baarle in the 14th minute of play. Selim Tuğbay stood somewhat misplaced when Qian Jun Bo came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 17 minute. If Qian Jun Bo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Selim Tuğbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Qian Jun Bo in the 20th minute. A hard shot 21 in the game by Qian Jun Bo from a close distance when the talented Selim Tuğbay managed to make a qualified save. Knaggel FC's players were relieved. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Knaggel FC's goalkeeper Selim Tuğbay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Bill Smalley with Bengt-Åke Kvist as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Edelmiro Cresconio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humphry Chant in the 35th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Qian Jun Bo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Selim Tuğbay. That made the score 3-1 in the 38 minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Knaggel FC's goalkeeper Selim Tuğbay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Qian Jun Bo. Edelmiro Cresconio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnes Garing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Knaggel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Qian Jun Bo came free, but Selim Tuğbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Sarracino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. ELPORVE's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt-Åke Kvist was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Qian Jun Bo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selim Tuğbay was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After 55 minutes, Qian Jun Bo made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Knaggel FC's Selim Tuğbay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Knaggel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Sarracino came free, but Selim Tuğbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Americo Ursino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELPORVE and the Knaggel FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ELPORVE getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Americo Ursino hit a great ball. Selim Tuğbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bjorn van Baarle went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Selim Tuğbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qian Jun Bo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Qian Jun Bo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Selim Tuğbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. ELPORVE made a substitution. Modesto Ibañez replaced Qian Jun Bo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Ibañez in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Selim Tuğbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Knaggel FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ELPORVE.
