Adam Pacholewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leszek Huchro having to interfere. Pankracy Cerocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Julian Obuchowicz. 23 minutes into the game, Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leszek Huchro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Newcastle United's goalie and right to Patricio Otoniel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Newcastle United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With an all-out effort, Newcastle United's Leszek Huchro threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kajetan Kochniarczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 35 minutes Newcastle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arkadiusz Witwicki who took care of the corner kick. 39 minutes into the game, Pankracy Malicki lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Leszek Huchro. 47 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's Pankracy Malicki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Huchro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Vollmar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when BESTIA GDAŃSK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Otoniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Remus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Jerzyk having to interfere. After 61 played minutes BESTIA GDAŃSK got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Otoniel. Cyryl Tyszka kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Adam Pacholewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Leszek Huchro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to BESTIA GDAŃSK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Bartosz Gad hit a great ball. Leszek Huchro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Vollmar in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Albert Remus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marian Erland in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leszek Huchro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albert Remus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
