The audience was convinced that Fabian Cordairo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Nogueira was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 53 played minutes AKI CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Vânderson Castro. The corner led Malteria Hudson FC's Humberto Gonsalvo to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Nogueira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save AKI CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. Orlando Nogueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Gonsalvo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ciro Brasil struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Gonsalvo in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AKI CORINTHIANS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Malteria Hudson FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
