Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tirant lo Blanch's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tirant lo Blanch's goalie and right to Gianpaolo Mascari. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tirant lo Blanch's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 6th minute, Siricio Liotta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kamal Pahlevi. Tirant lo Blanch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zaccheo Andolina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Iván Arraz hit a great ball. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Tirant lo Blanch got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Carmona. 21 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Kamal Pahlevi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Treppa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Italy booed when Tirant lo Blanch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Carmona didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tirant lo Blanch's zone, Sigfrido Auletta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamal Pahlevi came out of the goal and Sigfrido Auletta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the match, Tirant lo Blanch's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Kamal Pahlevi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamal Pahlevi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Treppa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Leonard Treppa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi got control of the ball when Porziano Marchitelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Pahlevi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamal Pahlevi having to interfere. Tirant lo Blanch made a substitution. Carmen Paniagua replaced Leonard Treppa. Sergi Baeza made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Iván Arraz immediately put the ball in play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Carmona during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A sloppy throw-in by Sergi Baeza in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. With a little luck, Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kamal Pahlevi was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Zaccheo Andolina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zaccheo Andolina really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. Adriano Curto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kamal Pahlevi came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano Curto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 93rd minute. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmen Paniagua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Tirant lo Blanch fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Italy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
