Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Samuele Kunz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sid Ahmed Kader struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paris Saint-Germain F.C. A collision led to Paris Saint-Germain F.C getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Atlas Albändiyev hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Paris Saint-Germain F.C's zone, Samuele Kunz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salah Hamid Brahima came out of the goal and Samuele Kunz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sid Ahmed Kader came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Paris Saint-Germain F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sid Ahmed Kader couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Salim Bougherra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Salim Bougherra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Ahmed Kader in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Paris Saint-Germain F.C got a corner. Switzerland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salim Bougherra ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Marcelo Napier got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hias Nüssli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Djamel Mamouni's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Djamel Mamouni helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo von Känel during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo von Känel to maneuver through the defense. Switzerland's Fridolin Neumeister managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Salim Bougherra in the 39 minute of the game. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salim Bougherra went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Salim Bougherra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sid Ahmed Kader stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Paris Saint-Germain F.C booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo von Känel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Salim Bougherra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jacinto Maurer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Djamel Mamouni was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. In the 63rd minute, Djamel Mamouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th match minute, Paris Saint-Germain F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djamel Mamouni to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Nontas Prodromou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Maurer hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Atlas Albändiyev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sid Ahmed Kader sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sid Ahmed Kader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Paris Saint-Germain F.C's Salah Hamid Brahima got control of the ball when Samuele Kunz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. In the 79th minute Sid Ahmed Kader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nontas Prodromou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Switzerland's Gustav Iseli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nontas Prodromou in the 87 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sid Ahmed Kader in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo von Känel kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Fawzi Hamrouche hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The long shot by Rodrigo von Känel in the 92nd minute really tested Salah Hamid Brahima's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Paris Saint-Germain F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
