Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Waselewicz in the 15th minute of the match. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Waselewicz in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match UNIA Oswiecim got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dorel Cârțan ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 22nd minute of play forced UNIA Oswiecim's goalkeeper Walery Joks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Viriato Moura made a precise shot to the right of Walery Joks. UNIA Oswiecim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. UNIA Oswiecim's Pablo Echenique got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Radoslaw Waselewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Radoslaw Waselewicz took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. Caetano Moreira took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walery Joks. Walery Joks dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 41st minute, Viriato Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walery Joks was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. UNIA Oswiecim's Walery Joks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 44th minute of play. Walery Joks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radoslaw Waselewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, UNIA Oswiecim's Ruben Tino got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, Viriato Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Walery Joks saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Raul Caetano hit a great ball. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. UNIA Oswiecim made a substitution. Damazy Leper replaced Dorel Cârțan. 67 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslaw Waselewicz came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute of the game 潘震镇 made a throw-in which Ruben Tino played forward. Felipinho Amorim received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walery Joks came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipinho Amorim slotted it home off the left post making it 2-6 in the 70th minute. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by UNIA Oswiecim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. Portugal's Fabricio Andrade was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walery Joks in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Radoslaw Waselewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Walery Joks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Almeida in the 83rd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Faustino Almeida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walery Joks. UNIA Oswiecim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. Walery Joks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Portugal booed when UNIA Oswiecim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Škarpa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Daniel Pimentel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Portugal walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
