Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. If Guillem Casanoves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raul Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Guillem Casanoves came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the CORSARIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillem Casanoves couldn't finish the play. Júlio Cardoso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Júlio Cardoso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Mane Fasgar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. CORSARIO's Mendoza Vall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Felipe Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mendoza Vall was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 19 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 25th minute, Felipe Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Groșan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Guillem Casanoves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillem Casanoves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mendoza Vall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Mendoza Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Barreto scored 2-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mendoza Vall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Viriato Moura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Mendoza Vall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dacian Groșan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guillem Casanoves received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Guillem Casanoves slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 43rd minute. After 46 played minutes CORSARIO got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Heraña. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dacian Groșan to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Portugal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CORSARIO:s goal. The referee gave CORSARIO a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dacian Groșan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. 4-3. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Petito in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute, Dacian Groșan made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Groșan, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Dacian Groșan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Groșan in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute CORSARIO were awarded a corner. Júlio Cardoso went to the cornerflag to take it. Mendoza Vall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipinho Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Elia Petito took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-3.
