In the 6th minute Boncho Zhilev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Antim Karamanski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DARAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Austria the free kick. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Antim Karamanski got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Jonas Nalder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Austria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Sandro Galishoff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Austria's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandro Galishoff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dobrin Beremov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marc Kronecker charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc Kronecker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boncho Zhilev in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Marvin Harrer fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Marvin Harrer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marvin Harrer hit a great ball. Toni Nenchev struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Fabio Auer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DARAS. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Boncho Zhilev put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Auer.

Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boncho Zhilev in the 56th minute of play. DARAS's Kostadin Mazhdrakov was substituted for Toni Nenchev. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nano Mitrashkov hit a great ball. DARAS's Gavril Bratovanov was substituted for Grisha Dragulev. After 67 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Nano Mitrashkov. Fabio Schneider kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Sandro Galishoff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Riedl hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Kostadin Mazhdrakov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kostadin Mazhdrakov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Christian Wallner hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Zahari Kerekov in the 85th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Fabio Auer's left hand side. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Boncho Zhilev put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Auer.
