ATLETICO MENDOZA
Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zac O'Donnell kicked off to start the match. Maximino Ruy took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Justo Muno took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Alexander Higgins to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximino Ruy in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Scotland's Alexander Higgins got control of the ball when Jose Chale tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Jose Chale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 23rd match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zac O'Donnell to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Maximino Ruy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Maximino Ruy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Jose Chale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexander Higgins was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 27 played minutes Maximino Ruy rounded Scotland's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-0. After 30 played minutes, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Baldomiro Enol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexander Higgins came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ATLETICO MENDOZA reached it. In the 33rd match minute, ATLETICO MENDOZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Bidun to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Maximino Ruy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. Scotland's Alexander Higgins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland from getting a goal against them. Mustafa Abdul kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Justo Muno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Chale. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Ruy, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ladislao Cresitobalo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Chale to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Justo Muno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ATLETICO MENDOZA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Maximino Ruy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. 11-0 became the score in the 58th minute when Jose Chale elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 62 minutes of play, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Jose Chale made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Justo Muno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. The ATLETICO MENDOZA fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when ATLETICO MENDOZA's Jose Chale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 14-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 78th minute, Mustafa Abdul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ATLETICO MENDOZA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 16-0. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Chale went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 17-0 was the resulting score. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Chale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Muno in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Higgins saved Scotland from getting behind. Jose Chale struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATLETICO MENDOZA. In the 97thth minute of the game Maximino Ruy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland's Alexander Higgins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ATLETICO MENDOZA fully deserved thier win.
