Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emilian Capșuneanu kicked off to start the match. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 4th minute of play. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Vlad Milcoveanu sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. After having played for 10 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlad Milcoveanu in the 12th minute of play. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlad Milcoveanu in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Şoimaru came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Vama Veche ™'s Dumitru Ciordaș got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vama Veche ™ the free kick. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. In the 45th minute, Vama Veche ™'s Dan Şoimaru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Şoimaru came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 54th minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Dan Şoimaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Vlad Milcoveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Dan Şoimaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Vama Veche ™ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Vlad Milcoveanu hit a great ball. The supporters of Vama Veche ™ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sachs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vama Veche ™'s zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helmuth Duckadam came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Dan Şoimaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Vama Veche ™'s Dan Şoimaru got a free kick in the 80th minute. Basarab Pogea hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Vama Veche ™'s Dan Şoimaru in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Helmuth Duckadam when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dumitru Ciordaș hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Basarab Pogea made in the 91st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Anton Dănciulescu. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vama Veche ™ fully deserved thier win.
