Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ermanno Puglielli sent off a good shot on target. Ermanno Puglielli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Puglielli in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Fabricio Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Barreto took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredrik Backman. Fredrik Backman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fredrik Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Graciano Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Fredrik Backman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. After having played for 28 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Cornelio Combarros threw the ball into play from the sideline. Portugal's Bruno Bastos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermanno Puglielli in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. After 35 minutes of play, Portugal's Viriato Moura made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Backman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Puglielli in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Wisła Kraków's Ermanno Puglielli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. 44 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Ermanno Puglielli came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Matuch in the 51st minute of play. Fredrik Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Hugon Falk threw the ball into play from the sideline. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Puglielli in the 59th minute of play. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ermanno Puglielli in the 61 minute of the game. Cesare Schiavoni kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Cesare Schiavoni hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Lenertej in the 69th minute of play. Ermanno Puglielli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesare Schiavoni hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Ermanno Puglielli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermanno Puglielli, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emil Lenertej went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Emil Lenertej got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fredrik Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Emil Lenertej blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save.
