Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Takacs Tibor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Kornecki in the 8th minute of play. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 12th minute of the match. Carlos Germano came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Blajovici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play forced Крылья Советов's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Aleksandr Dolgopolov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Remigio Mosen fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Крылья Советов's protests and gave Remigio Mosen a yellow card for diving instead. Antal Valentin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Germano having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Germano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 60th minute of the match. Damian Kornecki's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Kornecki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Крылья Советов was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Kornecki to maneuver through the defense. Крылья Советов were furious when Maksim Esipov was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Крылья Советов:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hungary:s goal. Carlos Germano had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Antal Valentin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when Крылья Советов was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Kornecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 68th minute of play forced Крылья Советов's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, one of Крылья Советов:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Крылья Советов:s Carlos Germano showed great skill when he stopped Antal Valentin:s penalty. Yuriy Andronikov hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Крылья Советов's zone, Takacs Tibor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Germano came out of the goal and Takacs Tibor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Balazs Lajos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Major Barna kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Nacho Kirkov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Kirkov in the 95th minute of play. Крылья Советов's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 99th minute of play. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Крылья Советов throughout the match.
