Italy's Sigfrido Auletta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Joga Hem FC. Pete Luna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Italy's Zaccheo Andolina got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pete Luna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Urban Wennerquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal and Urban Wennerquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Joga Hem FC's Pete Luna got control of the ball when Porziano Marchitelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joga Hem FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. Zaccheo Andolina was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Joga Hem FC's Patric Berglund was substituted for Urban Wennerquist. 59 minutes in the game Mehmet Ersman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hong Yao Peng. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joga Hem FC's goalkeeper Pete Luna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Israel Blue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. In the 65th minute, David Israel Blue ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Enis Behiç Nizami scored 3-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Joga Hem FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
