Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Manoel Xavier made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Hydra's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Orlando Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manoel Xavier took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Siricio Liotta struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Orlando Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. 19 minutes into the game, Porziano Marchitelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Orlando Chepe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orlando Chepe came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Porziano Marchitelli. But to his dismay, Porziano Marchitelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 27 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben Reyes. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Avila in the 37th minute of play. Federico Avilas short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Flavio Vittori to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Orlando Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Lander kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Italy were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Avila in the 51st minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manoel Xavier in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Avila in the 54th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Manoel Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Italy's Sigfrido Auletta got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Orlando Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hydra's Mario Emmanuel was substituted for Leopoldo Ladio. The throw-in from Domingos Taurino in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Kris Longden was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, one of Hydra:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Orlando Chepe had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Sigfrido Auletta's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Orlando Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siricio Liotta in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orlando Chepe. Zaccheo Andolina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 95th minute, Italy's Adriano Curto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Orlando Chepe. Orlando Chepe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6.
