Quebracho FC's attentive Jose Manuel Arias managed to snatch the ball when Arturo Vidal made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Tiadoro came free, but Zachariasz Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Quebracho FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jose Manuel Arias hit a great ball. Alexander Van Houdtvinck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronnie Odell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Odell in the 35th minute of play forced Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Alexander Van Houdtvinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CRUZ DEL SUR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artaç Yavuzalp in the 40th minute. Godofredo Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The wind increased when Godofredo Tiadoro made the kick off in the second half. CRUZ DEL SUR's Arturo Vidal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Manuel Arias, made in the 53rd minute of the game.
