Henrich Slany made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Apostolos Strimmenos sent off a good shot on target. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sofoklis Koutsopoulos in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Zigmund Maliar hit a great ball. Benito Bento took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, Kornel Jahoda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slovakia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kipouroi FC the free kick. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Kornel Jahoda hit a great ball. Oliver Holub hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes Kipouroi FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexis Sifakis. After 34 minutes, Oliver Holub mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the Kipouroi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Celalettin Eraltay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metod Mlynar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sofoklis Koutsopoulos in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Kipouroi FC booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vít Biskup didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Metod Mlynar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolos Strimmenos in the 52nd minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Benito Bento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Oliver Holub hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Stelios Tavoularis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Apostolos Strimmenos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Apostolos Strimmenos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tristan Coveliers kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sofoklis Koutsopoulos took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Metod Mlynar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Alexis Sifakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Sofoklis Koutsopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 86 minutes, Benito Bento made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 played minutes Kipouroi FC got a freekick which was hit by Baudelio Carter. In the 94th minute Benito Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Apostolos Strimmenos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kipouroi FC fully deserved thier win.
