Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) KOO Tigers's Robert Collen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Collen. 6 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Uğuralp Vasfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deodato Magliozzi hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Filho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 19th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Uğuralp Vasfi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Italy got a corner. KOO Tigers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sigfrido Auletta shot a long shot in the 22nd minute and a light blocked Uğuralp Vasfi hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Xiao Yu Chao hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 42nd minute of play. Alfonso Cordario's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Cordario helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alfonso Cordario hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Italy's Gomberto Picozzi got a free kick in the 48th minute. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emin Bayram in the 49th minute of play.

The wind increased when Sigfrido Auletta made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, KOO Tigers's Xiao Yu Chao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Uğuralp Vasfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Deodato Magliozzi. The supporters of KOO Tigers booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deodato Magliozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina got a free kick in the 64th minute. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gündüz Engiay, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Sigfrido Auletta took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uğuralp Vasfi. Uğuralp Vasfi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Azmi Bilkan's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Azmi Bilkan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Azmi Bilkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Porziano Marchitelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After having played for 73 minutes, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siricio Liotta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Collen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zaccheo Andolina to maneuver through the defense. If Porziano Marchitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. In the 86th match minute, KOO Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüştü Eldemir to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Siricio Liotta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uğuralp Vasfi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Collen came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
