Despite this Karl-Axel Jansson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Hegedus Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ctirad Špalek got free with Fodor Daniel in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szekeres Tamas made in the 17th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Takacs Tibor however managed to control. Ctirad Špalek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Téo Loyola hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hegedus Henrik spun around in front of the goal 22 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Academia Santista CIMZ's goal. In the 23rd minute of the game Szekeres Tamas made a throw-in which Takacs Tibor played forward. Takacs Tibor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Ctirad Špalek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 35th minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Karl-Axel Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Academia Santista CIMZ's Karl-Axel Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Karl-Axel Jansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Axel Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Academia Santista CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Valle to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Antal Valentin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Axel Jansson skillfully saved the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Garrinchinha, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegedus Henrik got free with Karl-Axel Jansson in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Major Barna to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute Academia Santista CIMZ were awarded a corner. Domingos Da Guía went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Glauco Rodrigues managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Academia Santista CIMZ's Dráusio de Queirós getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Karl-Axel Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Academia Santista CIMZ's Dráusio de Queirós quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Szekeres Tamas, made in the 72nd minute of the game. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karl-Axel Jansson. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Jansson having to interfere. Mané Garrinchinha took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3.
