Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Cristian Lucchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Tostão de Queirós heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If İlyas Özkılıc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Lucchetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 16th minute of the match. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Lucchetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 22nd minute of the match. Belgium's Siebe Michiels was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Lucchetti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Lucchetti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Lucchetti. Rosario Central's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Vanderstraeten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lautaro Martines's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Casper Claes firmly grabbed it by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Cristian Lucchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yves Dervaux hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Valentinos Dedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Sander Dermaut got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Rosario Central's Lautaro Martines in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgium's goalie prevented a goal. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentinos Dedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Lucchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 69th minute of play. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rosario Central's Eriberto Sol was substituted for Jörn Näver. Rosario Central made a substitution. Igor Silvino replaced Evaristo Abalos. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Lucchetti. Cristian Lucchetti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 90th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Lucchetti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 94 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristian Lucchetti. Edward Vanderstraeten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5.
