Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tage Falk kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 11th minute of play forced Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Austen Willis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Övertorneå RK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Asplund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Sixten Söderberg in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Sixten Söderberg got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tage Falk. Vilhelm Trulsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Austen Willis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Willis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Austen Willis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 41st minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The corner ended in Sigfrido Auletta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis did a great save. In the 80th minute, Zaccheo Andolina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Austen Willis, passed just outside the right post. Italy made a substitution. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Övertorneå RK from getting a goal against them. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Almqvist in the 83rd minute of play. Austen Willis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Curto's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Italy's Adriano Curto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Austen Willis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Övertorneå RK's goalkeeper Austen Willis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Asplund in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
