Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes of play, Övertorneå RK's Niclas Jakobsson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the game, Övertorneå RK's Niclas Jakobsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 10 minutes of play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Austen Willis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Austen Willis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 14th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Viriato Moura made a precise shot to the right of Austen Willis. Övertorneå RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 17th minute of play. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Austen Willis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niclas Jakobsson got free with Wilson Amorim in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Niclas Jakobsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Tage Falk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Rodolfo Miranda lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 37th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Willis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Austen Willis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Tage Falk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Övertorneå RK defense, Viriato Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Austen Willis. The Övertorneå RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Austen Willis should have stopped the shot. Övertorneå RK's Austen Willis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 46th minute of play. When Viriato Moura fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Viriato Moura a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th minute, Viriato Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tage Falk made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Viriato Moura recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Austen Willis. Viriato Moura showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niclas Jakobsson in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. Fabricio Andrade made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Övertorneå RK's Claes Sjögren. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niclas Jakobsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niclas Jakobsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute Niclas Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Övertorneå RK's Niclas Jakobsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. Viriato Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austen Willis having to interfere. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. After 70 minutes, Fabricio Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Övertorneå RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Fabricio Andrade got a free kick in the 70th minute. Niclas Jakobsson scored 6-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Övertorneå RK made a substitution. August Bergendahl replaced Kurt-Jürgen Kurri. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 7-4 when Tage Falk sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. Bartolomeu Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Austen Willis made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graciano Coutinho got free with Austen Willis in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vilhelm Trulsson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Igor Erroman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 92 minutes into the match, Allan Pettersson notched a goal, 8-4, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Pettersson in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Övertorneå RK had won after a very even match.
