Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zena Busacca to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Miguel Castanheira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Vittori showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vipos FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Ixaka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gervasio Ixaka came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Siricio Liotta. But to his dismay, Siricio Liotta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Castanheira in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Fidel Jokin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Siricio Liotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jimeno Ibar in the 16 minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Castanheira. Gervasio Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 26th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Gervasio Ixaka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 30th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vipos FC's goalie and right to Siricio Liotta. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vipos FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Gervasio Ixaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 43rd minute of the match. Gervasio Ixaka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Vipos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Gervasio Ixaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Ixaka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Vipos FC's Gervasio Ixaka got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Grilli in the 69th minute of play. Gervasio Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Ixaka saved Vipos FC from getting behind. 79 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Ixaka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Vipos FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Ixaka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Porziano Marchitelli. In the 85th minute Miguel Castanheira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. After a rather tough play, Vipos FC's Nasos Aquilino got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the last second Gervasio Ixaka throw himself and got hold of the ball when Adriano Curto in the 95thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
