Bart Basson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Bator, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Vamo A Calmarno's Bart Basson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Bator in the 12th minute of play. Claudinho Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Rainerio in the 14th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Justino Rainerio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinho Taffarel was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Claudinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Rainerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Claudinho Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justino Rainerio's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Rainerio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinho Taffarel saved Gliwicka Torcida from getting behind. If Venancio Carretero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Justino Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Rainerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's goal looked a bit too open when 肖树鸿 came free, but Bart Basson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justino Rainerio struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Claudinho Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vamo A Calmarno. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Justino Rainerio sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Rainerio made a kick off. When Justino Rainerio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vamo A Calmarno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Rainerio couldn't finish the play. Claudinho Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Rainerio in the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Bator in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bart Basson saved Vamo A Calmarno from getting behind. Justino Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Taffarel having to interfere. Vamo A Calmarno's Flavio Fernandes was substituted for Justino Rainerio. After a rather tough play, Vamo A Calmarno's Doyle Quenneville got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Maurício Romero made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Teofilo Panfilo. 肖树鸿 hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Vamo A Calmarno manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Gliwicka Torcida to win.
