With an all-out effort, Young Benefica's Maxime Durand threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Walmir Breckenfeld, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Young Benefica's Mitchel Dijkstra got control of the ball when Frank Peletier tried to sneak it across the goal line. France's Henry Robiquet managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tiaguinho de Sousa in the 94 minute of the game. Hugo Andriessen charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Andriessen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Young Benefica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Andriessen to maneuver through the defense.
