Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Darius Parish recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Darius Parish showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, Moorefield AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Robrecht Scheppers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Moorefield AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Florian Zawadzki hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robrecht Scheppers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robrecht Scheppers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes Moorefield AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Wim Wilmes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 29 minutes, Wim Wilmes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Moorefield AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Moorefield AFC defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robrecht Scheppers. The Moorefield AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robrecht Scheppers should have stopped the shot. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Robrecht Scheppers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robrecht Scheppers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Moorefield AFC's Zadornin Muela was substituted for Stacey Crowe. The wind increased when Bryan Donovan made the kick off in the second half. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robrecht Scheppers. Robrecht Scheppers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Moorefield AFC made a substitution. Jerry Seinfeld replaced Charly Rusterholz. Moorefield AFC's Jerry Seinfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lars Meesters scored 1-7 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robrecht Scheppers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Gijsbert ter Kruimer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robrecht Scheppers was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Robrecht Scheppers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes Moorefield AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. After 88 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robrecht Scheppers was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 91 minutes, Bryan Donovan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moorefield AFC and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Bryan Donovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Moorefield AFC's Darius Parish got a free kick in the 97th minute. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robrecht Scheppers having to interfere. The Moorefield AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
