Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Tigre getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Nico Otamendi hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Geofredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Geofredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Geofredo in the 9th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. In the 12th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertram Svenningsen to maneuver through the defense. After 17 minutes of play, Tigre's Adolfo Santio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Chris Nygaard. Osvaldo Geofredo struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Santio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Keld Paulsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Adolfo Santio slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 30th minute. Mikkel Wulff might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Eyague. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikkel Wulff ran back to his position shaking his head. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Osvaldo Geofredo sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Adolfo Santio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen, 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldo Geofredo to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Geofredo in the 55th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Tigre's Osvaldo Geofredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 58 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. Osvaldo Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Geofredo in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Denmark booed when Tigre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. August Nordlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes Tigre got a freekick which was hit by August Nordlund. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Eyague was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Tigre made a substitution. Benedicto Aztore replaced Nico Otamendi. In the 69th minute of the game Benedicto Aztore made a throw-in which Leonel Iratzeder played forward. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Vicente Eyague didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. After 76 minutes, Jorge Cachorro made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 78 played minutes Tigre got a freekick which was hit by Karel Van Engelen. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Jorge Cachorro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Bjarne Kirkegaard's late challenge caught a Tigre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bjarne Kirkegaard helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tigre booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Jorge Cachorro made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Jorge Cachorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
