In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Almir Miranda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almir Miranda saved Mitnarotov FC from getting behind. Almir Miranda made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. Almir Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 64th minute of the match. The Mitnarotov FC fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Mitnarotov FC's Germano Siqueira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Dantas in the 95th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mitnarotov FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
